Katherine started as a financial analyst, and her interest in karate led her to yoga and meditation, and though she loved analysis she loved the passion and purpose that making a meaningful difference in people's lives could provide her.
In her second career she found herself teaching wellness and fitness at many different places with people from all walks of life. However, she found she could make a more lasting impact on those who could relate to her more. This was reported as feedback from Type As, and her personal sense of satisfaction. Over time, the need for wellness solutions at work-sites became more apparent, and she decided to launch these workshops, to give people a taste of these different tools: mindfulness meditation, breath-work, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) in one productive hour. The main goal is for people to experience this variety, and then choose something they can immediately incorporate into their personal practice, which will improve their overall sense of well-being, adaptability, and resilience.
