Meditation
Guided experience through mindfulness and visualization.
Brings awareness to the body, mind, and emotions, and therefore makes us more present in our current tasks, and people in our lives.
Breathwork
Participants are taught to play with the breath through timing and focus.
Multiple options provided so participants can choose which benefits them best.
Some examples: box breath, ocean wave breath, alternate nostril breathing, breath of fire.
EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping
A technique where the client taps on meridian points (same points used in acupuncture) with their fingertips as we talk. "EFT is a simple technique that often provides rapid relief from physical-emotional issues" Brad Yates.
Faster EFT
The difference from EFT is that it sets a Peace anchor prior to tapping. It also doesn't involve detailed talking, but rather naming the emotion. Moves through a few quick rounds to basically intercept the neural pathways that keep us in repetitive thinking loops.
Bodyweight HIIT Bootcamp
A High Intensity Interval Training bootcamp is a total body workout where participants go through timed intervals of changing intensity which includes cardio and their bodyweight for resistance.
Yoga
Flowing movement aligned with breath to bring union between mind and body.
Reiki
Universal healing energy moves through the practitioner's hands onto the client's body. This can also be taught as a self-healing workshop where participants learn the hand positions to apply to themselves.
